Raman SEC

We are no longer selling the iRaman

Raman spectroscopy is a widely used spectroscopic method and method of choice for studying aqueous solutions. This makes it appropriate for biological and medical research, for instance analysis of the impact of drugs on biological cells.

Raman spectroscopy is similar to IR‑spectroscopy in that fundamental vibrations of molecules are examined which is important for a complete understanding of chemical reactions.

For additional information read our application note discussing Raman spectroscopy and its combination with electrochemical techniques.

Product Details

The i-Raman is one of three Gamry’s spectroelectrochemistry systems. Each system utilizes a miniature CCD spectrometer, USB 3.0 communication, and temperature compensation. The i-Raman system can be configured with either a 532 or 785 nm laser.

Other spectrometer configurations are available.  Contact us with your specifications to see how we can help, or to find out how you can use our analysis tools with spectroscopy data from other spectrometers.
