Texas A&M Corrosion Short Course

Corrosion’s annual estimated impact on our economy is over $1 trillion!  This Corrosion course is aimed at educating and training the workforce needed to address this problem and will develop methodological approaches in characterizing existing and new materials performance in extreme and harsh environments.

This course will be helpful for people entering the corrosion field and professionals looking for different industrial sector applications. It will also serve as a refresher course.

Registration Overview

  • Participants who attend this 4.5 day (Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:00pm Friday 8:30am-1:00pm).  course are eligible for 35.0 Professional Development Hours (PDHs)
  • A link to the prerequisite training course will be emailed to all participants four weeks prior to the course start.  This asynchronous, online course will provide foundational information for all participants in preparation for the live session.
