Software for ElectrochemistryGamry has software
for every major application of electrochemistry! Our software is
written for specific electrochemical applications, which has two advantages: |

A
brief description of Gamry software is below. Click the System Details icon for more
information.
|
||
| DC105 DC Corrosion Techniques Software The
DC105 DC Corrosion
Techniques Software
provides proven electrochemical techniques to investigate
corrosion problems, extract mechanistic information, and predict long term corrosion rates
from an array of experiments. The DC105 runs standard DC corrosion tests such as
polarization resistance, cyclic polarization, and galvanic corrosion at the click of a
button. The DC105 system provides the high performance and
flexibility that you need for electrochemical corrosion measurements today and in the
future. |

| EIS300 Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy Software With the EIS300, you can use Sub-Harmonic
Sampling to measure impedances up
to 1013 ohms over a frequency range of 10
microHz
to 1 MHz. All the old limitations on EIS systems --
bulkiness, limited high impedance response, high cost -- have been eliminated. The
EIS300s unprecedented power and ease of use will revolutionize the way you conduct
EIS measurements. The EIS300 runs
three different EIS experiments; Potentiostatic EIS, Galvanostatic EIS,
and Hybrid EIS, in addition to Mott-Schottky plots. The Echem Analyst
makes data analysis easy. Spectra can be fit to
standard cell models or special models created with our graphical Model
Editor. Data can be validated with the Kramers-Kronig Transform. |
||
| EFM140 Electrochemical Frequency Modulation Software The EFM140 is the first
commercial software for Electrochemical Frequency Modulation. EFM is
a new technique that is bursting with promise -- corrosion rates can be
measured quickly with no need for the Tafel Constants and the data is
verified by a causality factor! AND the Tafel Constants are also
calculated during the EFM measurement. Sound too good to be
true? Take a look at this. |
||
| PHE200 Physical Electrochemistry Software
The
PHE200 Physical Electrochemistry Software brings a broad repertoire of
electrochemical techniques to your laboratory. These include
cyclic voltammetry, linear sweep voltammetry, chronoampeometry,
repeating chronoamperometry, multiple step potentiostatic,
chronocoulometry, chronopotentiometry, repeating chronopotentiometry, and controlled potential coulometry.
The PHE200 is used to determine redox potentials, reaction mechanisms, chemical
concentrations, and kinetic rate constants. Industrial applications include batteries,
fuel cells, biological electrochemistry, electrolysis, chemical sensors, and many others. |
||
| PV220 Pulse Voltammetry Software
The PV220 makes square wave, differential pulse, normal
pulse, reverse normal pulse, and sampled DC voltammetry available to the Gamry
user. All these techniques can be used in stripping mode. The
PV220 can be used with solid electrodes, rotating electrodes, or mercury
electrodes. |
||
| VFP600 Virtual Front Panel Software Gamry
Potentiostats are inherently computer controlled. The
VFP600 Virtual Front Panel is a software-based front panel for Gamry Potentiostats. With the
VFP600, you can easily and inexpensively use a Gamry Potentiostat to
perform simple electrochemical experiments. |
||
| ESA400 Electrochemical Signal Analyzer
The ESA400 is designed specifically for the
acquisition and analysis of time-dependent electrochemical noise signals.
The ESA400 system
measures cell voltage and current continuously at rates from 0.1 Hz to 1 kHz for one day,
one month, or until the capacity of the host computer's mass storage device, i.e., hard
drive, has been reached. The ESA400 system can be configured as a
potentiostat,
galvanostat or ZRA. The ESA400 system offers powerful analysis
features such as real time statistical analysis, linear detrending, impedance spectrum,
histogram analysis, and more. |
||
| EN120 Electrochemical Noise Software The
EN120 Electrochemical Noise Software is an inexpensive entry into
electrochemical noise testing. EN120 includes experimental
scripts and analysis macros for both potentiostatic and ZRA mode noise experiments.
The EN120 works very nicely with the ECM8 Multiplexer for multiplexed
noise experiments. |
||
| CPT110 Critical Pitting Temperature Software The
CPT110 Critical Pitting Temperature Software choreographs the Gamry Potentiostat, TDC2 Temperature Controller,
and associated accessories to automatically measure the
Critical Pitting Temperature. Applications for the CPT110 include materials selection in the chemical process
industry, study of bioimplants, alloy ranking, evaluating pitting inhibitors, etc. |

As a result of the interest in using our
Potentiostats for
unique applications, Gamry Instruments offers the eChemBasic Toolkit to control our
Potentiostats in the software environment of your choice. In most
cases, that choice is LabVIEW. The
use of LabVIEW and the associated drivers provided by Gamry
Instruments allows the user to customize experiments for their unique needs. |
||
|
The eChemDC Toolkit is a sophisticated package that
allows the user complete access to the DC capability of Gamry
Potentiostats. It's perfect for integrating electrochemical
capability into an OEM product. |
||
|
The eChemAC Toolkit gives control of the EIS capability
of Gamry Potentiostats to the user. It's ideal for integrating EIS
capability into an OEM product such as a fuel cell test station. |
