Saturated Calomel Reference Electrode (SCE)

Slide the Tygon "cumberbund" up or down to expose the fill hole when you use the Reference Electrode.  The internal solution needs to breathe to have free-and-easy movement through the Vycor frit.

The Vycor Tip is secured to the body of the electrode with heat-shrink Teflon tubing. When the Vycor Tip becomes chipped, eroded, or turns a revolting shade of brown, replace it.
