Purpose: The VPV class describes a voltage ramp and square-wave waveform that can be applied by a potentiostat while in the potentiostat mode.

The VPV object encapsulates information about the starting voltages, voltage step, pulse size, pulse duration, and the data-acquisition rate. It also can be used to control a digital output used to signal electrodes. Most of the activity associated with the VPV happens in the background while a PV.Run() is being executed.
