Purpose: The VDSTEP class describes a three-part voltage-step waveform which can be applied by a potentiostat while in the Potentiostat mode.

The Vdstep object encapsulates information about the initial, second, and final voltages, the elapsed times at each voltage, and the data-acquisition rate. Most of the activity associated with the Vdstep happens in the background while a ChronoA.Run() or ChronoC.Run() is being executed.

If the Skip button is "pressed" during the initial or second phase of the run, the Vstep signal generator advances to the next phase. If the Skip button is pressed during the final phase, the Curve.Run() ends prematurely.
