IQUANT.New()

Type: CLASS FUNCTION

Purpose: Creates and initializes a new Iquant object.

Usage: Iquantity = IQUANT.New(Tag, Quantity, Prompt)

  Tag STRING Used by Setup(), Save/Restore, Tag.Printl()
  Quantity INDEX Initial value for Iquant
  Prompt STRING

Used by Setup() to prompt operator for input.
  Iquant IQUANT The initialized object
