Gamry Has Great Products Because Gamry Has Great People!

A company isn't a building or a product; it's a group of people working together to accomplish a goal. The company and its products are only as good as the people in the company.  A company like Gamry who manufactures very specialized products needs very specialized people to conceive, build, and support the products.

Gamry specializes in electrochemistry and we look long and hard to find skilled people for our Sales and Support Team.  They have to know their electrochemistry, have a wide knowledge of science in general, be able to work as part of a cutting-edge technical group, have a firm ethical foundation, and an outgoing personality.

When you contact Gamry, you'll be talking to one of the outstanding individuals pictured below.  They've all been immersed in electrochemistry for many years and, with all humility, are a source of a great deal of useful information.  Of course, they'd be happy to tell you about Gamry products, how they work, and how you'd use them for a whole host of applications.  But they'd also be glad to spend time with you talking about basic concepts of electrochemistry and electrochemical instrumentation.  If you have an unusual measurement you'd like to make, their opinion could be very useful to you.

These people are the interface between Gamry and You.  With their years of electrochemical experience, they can provide advice on potentiostats, software, or any electrochemical application.  Most importantly, when you get in trouble, they can get you out!  If you ever have a question about the results from your Gamry system, call them first.

If you contact Gamry for a sales question or a technical support issue, you'll speak to either David Loveday, Pete Peterson, Jacob Ketter, or Rob Sides.  These gentlemen handle all contacts with our users or potential users in the US.  They also work very closely with our International Distributors to make sure our international customers are well cared for.  They are all accomplished scientists and they all bring something different to the Group.


You may talk to them on the telephone and via email or you may see them at an exhibition or making a presentation at a meeting or a Short Course.  Here's your chance to get to know them a little better.

Bob Rodgers

You may also occasionally encounter Dr. Bob Rodgers.  Bob was a Senior Electrochemist at Gamry until his retirement in 2008.  Being a dyed-in-the-wool Lab Rat, though, Bob is unable to stay home and mind his own business.  So he comes to Gamry so he can mind your business, at which he is very good.
